Wedding String Quartet at Notley Tythe Barn – This Saturday, the Manor House String Quartet were engaged to play for a wedding held at a venue which is very local to us – Notley Tythe Barn. We began by playing some music to create an elegant atmosphere as guests arrived. The Bride entered to Pachelbel’s Canon in D (always a favourite!) and we performed two pieces of music during the signing of the register as guest took photographs. After playing for the exit of the married couple, we entertained the wedding party near the bar area as the barn was turned around ready for the wedding breakfast. Our playing time came to an end as the bride and groom entered for the meal – perfect timing!
